- ANGLESEY Four Mile Bridge Holy island Stand up paddle boarding lessons instruction with a qualifed Instructor and all kit provided. The Inland sea is a very calm area of flat water, being only waist deep so is ideal for the beginner . The area is full of wildlife and you will be paddling up creeks and past the forests through shallow estuary water for a fun trip & lesson.
